AITI is a private financial organisation, first registered in the U.K. in 1986. The business was expanded and the Holding Company was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 1995 as AITI Holdings Limited-BVI and further incorporated in England and Wales on 16th March, 2000 as AITI Holdings Ltd under the Company Registration Number 394933. 

The Holding Company operates through two UK-based subsidiary companies: Amalgamated D & K Ltd. and Carina Consultancy Services Ltd and the London registered office has recently moved to new premises: 120 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5EA.

Official Bankers, are: HSBC BANK Plc. NATIONAL WESTMINSTER BANK Plc.

The London Representative Site remains at 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED.

At the beginning of the year 2008, all of AITI's activities have been re-grouping under the brand AITI PLC incorporated in London.
