History of the company and historical events

AITI was registered on the 16th January 1986 in London and stands for "Amalgamated  International  Trade Investments" (or Amalgamated ITI or AITI) with the purpose to amalgamate trade and investment facilities internationally. The Company was incorporated by a group of British people called "the Closers" and overseas people called "the Promoters" under the leadership of a British citizen of Italian nationality.

In the Memorandum and Articles of Association of this Company Limited by shares under the Companies Act 1985, were stated that the Company's objects are: To carry on, in the U.K. or elsewhere, the business of bankers as "Financial Advisers" in the following banking and financial services: Syndicated Loans, Corporate Finance, Acquisitions and Mergers, Bullion and Trading Transactions. (Re: first-page, first paragraph Memorandum of Association of Amalgamated ITI Limited, Reg. No. 1978624). However, since the passing of the "Banking Act 1990" also called the Big Bang, no person may describe his business as a bank or himself as a banker unless the business is included in the Bank of England's List of Recognised Banks, including the no-banking business provided by merchant banks. In these circumstances, the Company introduces itself as " International Advisor in Banking & Finance".

AITI are members of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 1992 and AITI’s founder has been a member of the Institute of Directors since 1993. These dates below include important moments in the organisations history.
